So, I've been volunteering for A Touch of Gentleness for about a year now and one day, Helen had another idea...wouldn't it be fun to hike the Seven Sisters? I was like ...erm aren't they cliffs or something? 

Then Helen said...and what about if we do it three legged? I was like...um...isn't it about eight miles or something?

And...lets do it backwards...I was like...NOPE

Thing is, Helen just has this way of making people come alive...so, hiking the Seven Sisters is what I'm doing, three legged, attached to Helen. (but definitely not backwards...I mean I am only human right?, how can I see the pub in the distance if I'm walking backwards?) 

Everything is easier when you have wings like Helen I guess. Angel wings x
